As a Transfer Pricing Manager within the Group Tax squad, you will report directly to the International Tax & Transfer Pricing Lead, taking end-to-end ownership of Monzo’s transfer pricing operations, policies, and documentation.This role is ideal for a qualified accountant or tax advisor looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced fintech environment. Leading the preparation, maintenance, and ongoing updates of Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) across all operating jurisdictions.TP Policy Design & Implementation: Assisting in designing, implementing, and updating intercompany pricing policies to support business growth, new product launches, and international expansion.Intercompany Agreements & Operational TP: Collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Treasury to ensure intercompany agreements match economic realities and operational transfer pricing calculations/adjustments are executed accurately.Expansion & Cross-Functional Projects: Partnering closely with the International Tax Manager and International Tax & Transfer Pricing Lead on key group projects, European expansion initiatives, and cross-border structuring.Audit & Defense: Serving as a key point of contact for tax authority enquiries and audits relating to transfer pricing matters globally.Providing clear, pragmatic transfer pricing advice to internal stakeholders across Business, Finance, and Product teams.Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) and/or tax advisor (CTA/ADIT or equivalent).You are Proactive, have a hands-on mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and translate complex transfer pricing concepts for non-tax stakeholders.ð What’s in it for youð 77,300 - 95,000 Incentive Awards tied to your performance.ðThis role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London) We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, and at times that suit you and your team. ð 1,000 learning budget each year to use on books, training courses and conferences.ð¡ We will set you up to work from home; all employees are given Macbooks and for fully remote workers we will provide extra support for your work-from-home setup.
