We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work in our Fincrime Collective.Your mission is to build and provide world class tech-led toolings, through more automation, usage of GenAI, and process redesign, to empower our Investigators and help Monzo achieve scalable and sustainable growth. You’ll drive efficiency gains, while maintaining or improving decision quality, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Enhancing Tooling for COps (Customer Operations): Improve existing tools and build new solutions to reduce manual efforts, increase efficiency, and streamline investigations.Reduce reliance on outside tools by integrating more workflows into BizOps (our internal tooling) and improving usabilityImproving Demand Forecasting & Workforce Planning: Enhance forecasting capabilities to support central Workforce Management (WFM), optimizing capacity planning and scheduling to drive cost savings and improve customer experience (e.g., Improve investigator incentives, skills leveling, and training to create a more efficient and high-performing team.Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements without compromising quality of decision & customer experienceLead a cross functional squad, across risk, engineering, data, machine learning, and operation to develop and deliver on the strategic product roadmap Build new toolings and/or improvements to existing toolings to help COps improve their efficiencyCollaborate closely with our Ops Collective to deliver improvements to forecasting & planning; so that we have the right people, at the right place and the right timeAct as the central point of execution for our strategy/ vision to move towards building AI-first solutions such that our scale accelerates risk reductionYou should apply if:Proven experience in product management, ideally within fintech or scale up companies, working in complex, ambiguous problem spaces where the tech is changing rapidlyStrong understanding of automation, AI-driven tooling, and operational efficiency improvementsExperience working with cross functional teams, especially operational teams to deliver impactful solutionsAbility to make decisions balancing difficult trade offs e.g. balance speed vs. accuracy, while maintaining a seamless customer experienceA data-driven mindset, with experience using insights to drive product decisions and measure successComfortable working on data-led, complex technical products - with ML engineers ðWhat’s in it for youð 110,000- 135,000 Incentive rewards tied to your bonus ðThis role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London)We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, and at times that suit you and your team. ð1,000 learning budget each year to use on books, training courses and conferences.ð¡We will set you up to work from home; all employees are given Macbooks and for fully remote workers we will provide extra support for your work-from-home setup.
