Role context
⭐ Our L&D team: At Monzo, we believe the best way to learn is by doing, in an environment close to the actual job. We champion varied and dynamic learning experiences, from independent discovery through our Learning Management System where COps explore our app, products, and tools, to workshops and live delivery sessions that embed foundational knowledge.
Your role is to act as the crucial link between our central L&D function and our global training sites. You’ll champion consistency in our learning strategy worldwide, while understanding and supporting the unique nuances and cultural contexts of each global location. Your expertise will ensure our training is effective, universally relevant, and high quality.
