  • Adapting our usual coordination workflows to suit the needs of our most senior candidates.
  • Creating and communicating key coordination metrics for the Exec squad, including time to schedule and interview lead time.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring our candidates and partners do the same, including managing the signing of NDAs.
  • Sending out contracts and paperwork once a candidate has accepted an offer to join us.
  • Creating search update reports and presentations as needed.
  • Booking travel and arranging itineraries for candidates, some involving complex international trips.
  • Managing the pre-onboarding process for all exec candidates, including systems onboarding, equipment ordering and arranging travel & accommodation.
  • Working closely with the Reward team to manage the background check process for our regulated hires (as well as checks for those in non-regulated roles).
  • Partnering with relevant teams to support new hires’ onboarding, making sure they’re set up for success from day 1 and beyond.
  • Meeting candidates in the office, always giving a great experience from the get-go.
  • Contributing to and leading on Exec Hiring Projects and supporting the Exec squad and wider Hiring team with ad-hoc tasks as appropriate, including supporting writing board papers.
  • Coordinating the post-offer hiring process of other confidential roles at Monzo, including those within the People Collective and confidential short-term staff.
  • Supporting with other areas of business & tech coordination on an ad-hoc basis, where needed.
