Overview
As a member of Monzo's Credit Platform, you will help standardise credit analysis and decisioning by managing credit bureaus and external data suppliers across the UK and EU. You will maintain a single source of truth on bureau data, monitor supplier spend, and coordinate onboarding with Legal, DP, Security, and Procurement. You’ll explore new data products, own supplier relationships or EU workstreams, and shape supplier strategy through procurement activities. This role sits at the heart of enabling responsible lending at scale, across multi-market growth.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing, onboarding and daily management of Credit Reference Agencies and external-data suppliers across consumer and commercial data
- Maintaining Monzo's single source of truth on bureau data, contracts and usage
- Tracking spend against volumes and budgets, identifying cost-optimisation opportunities
- Coordinating supplier onboarding steps with Legal, Data Protection, Security and Procurement
- Testing and evaluating new CRA and alternative-data products and documenting findings for the squad
- Owning end-to-end one or more supplier relationships or EU workstreams (e.g. Open Banking scoring) and deputising for the Credit Bureau Relationship Manager
- Leading discrete procurement/contract-lifecycle activities and shaping supplier strategy in your area

- Genuine curiosity about credit-bureau data, suppliers and their role in lending
