We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone. We’re waving goodbye to the complicated and confusing ways of traditional banking. After starting as a prepaid card, our product offering has grown a lot in the last 10 years in the UK. We offer personal and business bank accounts, joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account, credit cards and more. Our customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading the design and delivery of complex, cross-functional change initiatives across Financial Crime, Fraud and Disputes.
  • Partnering with Product, Risk, Technology and Operations to shape solutions that balance customer experience, risk and efficiency.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor in product and risk forums, influencing decisions with a customer‑first, risk‑aware mindset.
  • Driving organisational readiness for change, from planning and stakeholder alignment through to implementation and adoption.
  • Monitoring performance post‑launch, resolving issues and continuously improving processes and tooling.
  • Using data, feedback and insight to identify optimisation opportunities and deliver meaningful operational improvements.
  • Coaching and supporting other Change Partners, sharing knowledge and raising the bar across the team.

What we’re looking for

  • You’ve led complex change initiatives in Financial Crime, Fraud or Disputes.
  • You’re comfortable managing multiple workstreams and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
  • You take ownership, make sound decisions and stay calm under pressure.
  • You communicate clearly and can influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
  • You’re equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting into the detail when needed.
  • You use data and insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Location: London, Cardiff, or Remote (UK). Salary: £50,200 – £64,500 + incentive awards tied to performance. Other benefits include a £1,000 learning budget, flexible working hours, home‑office setup with MacBook, and a comprehensive benefits package.
