  • Working closely with the Hiring Operations Lead to identify goals, projects, ways of working and priorities for the team.
  • Getting close to our hiring processes in Business, Tech, Exec and Customer Operations and pro-actively finding ways to improve them, as well as supporting others to implement changes themselves.
  • Up-skilling and training the Hiring team in our tools, ways of working and hiring processes.
  • Designing, contributing to and iterating on the headcount management process.
  • Representing Hiring in audits and managing incidents to keep Monzo growing safely and securely.
  • Working with our People Tech team to keep our integrations working efficiently.
  • Managing vendor relationships for tools like Greenhouse, Security Watchdog, GoodTime, and Enboarder.
The kinds of projects the Hiring Operations Analyst could focus on:
  • Supporting the contract renewal of our existing tools & systems.
  • Identifying gaps in the tools and systems we use in Hiring, with a focus on using AI to enhance the hiring process and enable our teams to make quicker & better informed decisions.
  • Improving the efficiency, breadth and accuracy of our hiring data dashboards.
  • Partnering with People Tech to automate the manual parts of our processes.
  • Working with Hiring Coordinators & Recruiters to standardise ways of working across the team.
  • Documenting our team’s processes (including roles & responsibilities) and making sure we know they’re always up to date.
We’d love to hear from you if:
  • You have considerable experience working in an operational role with a focus on the candidate experience.
  • You’ve got advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and experience in data manipulation and visualisation, including in Looker and Looker Studio.
  • You have experience bringing together data from multiple places into one usable source so that other team members can self-serve.
  • You’ve got an analytical mind and love to use data to identify and solve problems and inform decisions.
  • You’ve got experience managing multiple People systems and navigating the integrations and data flow between them all, including an ATS like Greenhouse.
  • You have experience of managing multiple recruitment-related projects from initial idea to implementation and beyond.
  • You’re super organised and having a to-do list and project plan excites you.
  • You have high attention to detail and a knack for getting things right first time.
  • You’re able to prioritise and re-prioritise at a moment’s notice.
