Overview

In this role you own the Quidco web experience and drive the next phase of the product vision. You translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, align with the App Product Manager, and collaborate across engineering, design, data, CRM, and commercial teams. You’ll use analytics and AI to test, learn, and iterate to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention. This is a hands-on, independent role with a strong focus on delivering customer value at speed.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and delivery for Quidco's web experience aligned to customer and commercial outcomes
  • Turn strategic priorities into clear product plans, requirements, sequencing, milestones and measurable outcomes
  • Partner with the App Product Manager to create cohesive web and app experiences
  • Collaborate with web engineering, design, data, CRM, commercial and operational teams from shaping to delivery and iteration
  • Manage prioritisation, backlogs, dependencies, risks and trade-offs to maintain momentum
  • Use product analytics and customer insight to understand behaviour and measure impact of improvements
  • Define hypotheses and run experiments across acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention journeys (including A/B tests)
  • Leverage AI tools to prototype features, speed up learning and test propositions
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into the product to help users save and earn cashback
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate progress, risks and decisions to leadership

Key requirements

  • Proven product management experience delivering customer-facing digital products
  • Ability to take complex work from idea to delivery, launch and iteration
  • Strong stakeholder management and navigating ambiguity
  • Highly organised with good sequencing, dependency and risk judgement
  • Fast learner with ability to understand a new product, customer base and technical landscape
  • Experience as sole Product Manager for a product area and know when to escalate
  • Strong collaboration with engineering, design, data, CRM, commercial and brand teams
  • Experience using product analytics and customer insight to improve metrics across funnel and retention
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies including AI and ability to advocate for better outcomes
