Quidco is one of the UK’s most recognised cashback and rewards brands, and this role sits right at the heart of shaping its next chapter. As General Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Cashback & Rewards vertical, with responsibility for strategy, trading performance and long‑term growth. This is a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll steer a complete business unit, balancing commercial outcomes with strong collaboration across Product, Marketing and Finance.

You’ll be part of the MONY Group Senior Leadership Community, working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and fellow leaders at a time of exciting change, from new acquisitions and technology platforms to data‑led decision making and ambitious growth plans. If you enjoy building strategy, leading brilliant people and turning vision into results, this is a role where your influence will be felt every day.

No two days are the same, but you can expect a blend of strategic focus and hands‑on leadership:

  • Setting and owning the long‑term vision and strategy for Quidco and the Cashback & Rewards vertical
  • Leading, developing, and working with a high‑performing leadership team across commercial, marketing and product disciplines
  • Owning revenue and gross profit performance, with a strong grip on weekly trading and KPIs
  • Turning insight, data and market trends into clear commercial opportunities and investment cases
  • Working closely with Product and Marketing teams in a matrix environment to drive delivery
  • Presenting performance, strategy and new initiatives to the Group Executive Board
  • Building trusted senior relationships with partners to unlock new value and stronger outcomes
  • Balancing in‑year delivery with long‑term strategic resilience

You’ll bring structure, pace and clarity, knowing when to zoom out and when to dive into detail.

You’re a confident, commercially sharp leader who knows how to build momentum and bring people with you. You’ll add real value by:

  • Driving sustainable revenue and profitability growth through clear strategy and execution
  • Creating an environment where leaders are empowered, accountable and aligned
  • Using data and insight to inform decisions, challenge assumptions and unlock growth
  • Navigating complexity with pragmatism, emotional intelligence and strong judgment
  • Influencing across senior stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes
  • Leading with clarity, authenticity and a strong sense of purpose

You balance ambition with realism and know how to deliver results without losing sight of people or culture.

At MONY Group, we help millions of people make smarter financial decisions, when it matters most. What makes working here special isn’t just our brands (MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert, Quidco and more), it’s our people. We’re curious, collaborative and outcome‑focused. We work hard, challenge each other respectfully, and celebrate progress along the way.

You’ll join a business with real scale and impact, but still with the feel of a place where leaders can truly shape direction, influence culture, and make things happen.

We offer a competitive and well‑rounded reward package, including:

  • 27 days holiday, rising to 30 with service (not including bank holidays)
  • Pension up to 6% employer contribution
  • Bonus scheme
  • Enhanced shared parental leave - 6 months paid for both parents
  • Digital Doctor on demand
  • Work from anywhere scheme – 2 weeks per year
  • Financial coaching
  • Mental health platform access

We aim to reward impact, not just output.

We believe great leaders are always learning. You’ll be supported through:

  • Ongoing leadership development and coaching
  • Access to group‑wide learning programmes and peer communities
  • Opportunities to work on high‑profile, cross‑group initiatives
  • The space and trust to lead in your own authentic way

We’ll back you to grow, both personally and professionally.

We aim to keep our interview process clear, engaging and respectful of your time. You can expect:

  • An initial conversation to explore your experience and motivations
  • A deeper strategic discussion with senior stakeholders
  • A final stage focused on leadership approach and cultural alignment

We’ll be transparent throughout, and you’ll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and meet the people you’ll be working with.

At MONY Group, we believe in the strength of diversity and see inclusion as a strategic advantage. Our values guide us in creating a workplace where fairness and equity is a reality for all. We’re committed to minimising systemic bias and creating a level playing field for all candidates. Contact us for reasonable accommodations in the application process, no need to disclose your disability or condition, just specify your needs. Unsure what to ask for? We can guide you through available accommodations.

We understand that job adverts only say so much and you’re likely to have a lot of questions. If you’d like to know more before applying such as more on hybrid working, salary, our parental leave policy etc, please just let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.
