About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Android Developer to join our Mobile Collective, supporting and growing apps across MoneySavingExpert, Quidco, and MoneySuperMarket. You’ll work in full-stack, multi-disciplinary squads, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers. Expect hands-on involvement across the entire SDLC, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance. We’re an AI-enabled engineering organisation, using tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate delivery and improve code quality. What You’ll Do:
- Lead feature delivery and drive technical strategy within your team.
- Collaborate with product and design teams for pixel-perfect implementation.
- Write clean, maintainable Kotlin code using Jetpack Compose.
- Champion best practices: TDD, pairing, mob programming, and continuous delivery.
- Ensure security is baked in from the start.
- Debug, optimise, and maintain a high-performing codebase.
- Stay ahead of Android trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Mentor and support team growth.
