As our People Advisor, you’ll be a trusted partner to our People Managers and Senior Leaders, working as a key voice across our Marketing and Group Operations functions (which covers teams such as Customer Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance and Moneysavingexpert teams). You’ll combine hands‑on HR advisory work with real opportunities to shape how we enable, develop, and engage our people. This role is perfect if you want to stretch and grow as a People Business Partner. Some days you’ll dive into employee relations or people processes; other days you’ll be coaching leaders, influencing decisions, and helping shape a people strategy that drives both culture and high performance. It’s varied, visible, and full of opportunity to make a real, tangible impact.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Partnering with people managers as their go‑to advisor — offering clear, pragmatic guidance on performance, development, and everyday people matters.
  • Building presence across our Marketing and Group Operations functions — ensuring every colleague has a positive, inclusive, and engaging experience.
  • Coaching and guiding leaders to build confidence, capability, and high‑performing teams.
  • Leading on employee relations and organisational change, bringing fairness, consistency, and great judgement.
  • Driving the people strategy in your areas alongside the Senior People Partner and turning priorities into meaningful action.
  • Collaborating with specialist teams (Reward, People Experience & Development and more) to deliver people‑first solutions.
  • Using people data and insight to shape decisions and measure impact.
  • Supporting cyclical processes; performance, calibration, reward, engagement, ensuring they run smoothly and fairly.
  • Maintaining oversight of headcount and workforce changes to support planning and proactive decision-making.
  • Championing continuous improvement, including adopting new technologies and AI to elevate manager and employee experience.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Strong experience as an HR/People Advisor in a fast‑moving environment (ideally in a Tech company or working with progressive teams).
  • A track record of managing complex ER cases end‑to‑end with confidence and fairness.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills—you build trust quickly.
  • Ability to interpret what’s happening in a situation, offer actionable solutions, and improve processes.
  • Sound judgement, integrity, and discretion in everything you do.
  • Confident problem‑solver, able to get to the heart of an issue and recommend pragmatic, people‑centred actions.
  • Ability to adapt your approach depending on the audience and situation.
  • Resilience and flexibility—comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and multiple priorities.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Tech‑savvy and curious—comfortable with tools like Workday and interested in how AI can enhance HR.
  • A proactive, positive, energetic team player who loves making things better.

  • up to 6% employer pension contribution
  • Digital GP access
  • Financial coaching
  • Mental health platform access
