Every day, we push beyond expectations to help millions of people save money, at a time when it’s never mattered more. Through MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert, Quidco and our B2B partnerships we supply products to more than 24 million unique monthly visitors, helping UK households to save billions of pounds a year. Can you tell this is something we’re exceptionally proud of! Creative, collaborative, ambitious – it’s hard work. But what makes it worth it? Leaving work knowing we’ve made a difference to our customers, users, and to each other. Put our distinct brands together with our dedicated colleagues and you’ve got a workplace with lots of personality. We’re open-minded, diverse, and love our differences. Everyone plays a part, and comes together to work hard, go beyond, and make sure everyone feels they belong.

WHY JOIN THE TEAM? In this role, you will combine hands‑on product delivery with an innovation mindset, helping us enhance customer journeys both on our platforms and in the new environments where customers are increasingly discovering and interacting with services. This includes improving existing experiences while identifying and shaping new opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies in ways that meaningfully improve how customers discover, evaluate and act. You’ll work across our core brands (MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert and Quidco), collaborating closely with our iOS and Android app teams, engineering, data and commercial partners to deliver impactful outcomes. You’ll also be expected to think beyond current solutions, challenging assumptions and rethinking how our products should work as customer expectations and technologies evolve. This is an opportunity to help shape how millions of customers interact with financial services as technology and behaviours rapidly evolve.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Owning and delivering improvements to customer journeys across web and app, working closely with our R&D, iOS and Android teams.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance how customers interact with our products using emerging technologies, including AI.
  • Translating ideas into clear hypotheses and running experiments to validate impact through A/B testing and iteration.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, data, design and commercial teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
  • Working across multiple product areas and brands to create cohesive and competitive customer experiences.
  • Exploring how our products and services can extend into new platforms and ecosystems where customers are increasingly making decisions and taking action.
  • Challenging existing approaches and bringing innovative thinking to established products.
  • Using data, insight and business context to make prioritisation decisions that drive meaningful impact.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Strong track record of shipping and improving experiences.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and hands‑on experience with emerging AI technologies.
  • Ability to take existing products and rethink them through new perspectives, not just optimise incrementally.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and turning early‑stage ideas into structured experiments and outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Data‑driven mindset, able to prioritise based on insight, impact and business value.
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and advocate for better customer outcomes.

WHAT REWARDS ARE ON OFFER

  • Up to 27 holidays + bank holidays.
  • Pension up to 6% employer contribution.
  • Work from anywhere scheme – 2 weeks per year.
  • Financial coaching.
  • Mental health platform access.

Be prepared to discuss real-world examples of how you’ve managed product development from ideation to launch. Bring specific insights on tools like JIRA or Trello that can help streamline these processes.
