ABOUT THE ROLE
MoneySuperMarket is building a new investment proposition designed to make investing more accessible, transparent and rewarding for UK consumers.
We're looking for a Senior CRM Manager with deep experience in savings, investments or wealth management to lead the CRM strategy for this exciting new business area.
This is a unique opportunity to shape and scale a customer lifecycle programme from the ground up, owning the end-to-end investor journey from acquisition and onboarding through to activation, retention and long-term customer value growth.
The successful candidate will combine strong CRM expertise with a deep understanding of investor behaviour, regulated financial services communications and customer lifecycle management.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
CRM Strategy & Customer Lifecycle
- Define and own the CRM strategy for the Investments proposition.
- Develop customer lifecycle frameworks covering acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and reactivation.
- Create and maintain a CRM roadmap aligned to commercial objectives and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and maximise lifetime value.
Customer Acquisition & Activation
- Design and optimise onboarding journeys that convert prospects into funded investors.
- Develop programmes to improve account completion, funding and first investment rates.
- Build personalised customer journeys using behavioural and transactional data.
- Drive continuous optimisation through testing and experimentation.
Assets Under Management Growth
- Develop CRM strategies focused on growing customer assets under management (AUM).
- Create campaigns to encourage regular investing, portfolio funding and ISA contributions.
- Support transfer-in activity and asset consolidation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and investment activity.
- Develop customer engagement programmes that improve retention and long-term value.
- Build re‑engagement and churn prevention strategies.
- Create educational and insight‑led communications that support customer confidence and investing behaviours.
- Monitor customer performance and lifecycle metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Use customer, behavioural and commercial data to inform CRM strategy.
- Establish measurement frameworks and reporting for key lifecycle KPIs.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with analytics teams to develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
Regulatory & Governance
- Ensure CRM communications meet FCA and Consumer Duty requirements.
- Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to maintain robust governance processes.
- Support the development of compliant customer communications within a regulated environment.
- Champion customer outcomes and fair value principles throughout the customer lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Compliance and Analytics teams.
- Act as the CRM subject matter expert for the Investments proposition.
- Influence senior stakeholders through data, insight and customer understanding.
