The Role
- As Senior Partner, you will take a leading role in both client delivery and business development across the UK practice.
- You will manage a portfolio of key relationships, drive new business, and work closely with the Managing Partner on strategy and growth.
- You will also have the opportunity to work across our international network, engaging with clients and colleagues in multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development activity, building and converting a pipeline of new client opportunities.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client relationships across the firm's service lines.
- Provide senior advisory input on complex, multi-jurisdictional engagements.
- Engage with clients and colleagues across Monx offices internationally, with the opportunity to travel.
- Represent Monx externally, including at industry events and through your professional network.
- Contribute to the strategic and commercial direction of the UK practice.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level team members.
- Work with the Managing Partner on team structure, service development and growth initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, tax or professional advisory services.
- A strong track record in business development, with an existing network or a clear ability to build one.
- ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification (preferred).
- Experience working with startups, high-growth or international businesses (preferred).
- Comfortable operating across multiple jurisdictions and engaging with an international client base.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently at senior levels.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine interest in being part of building something.
