- Lead client discovery workshops to identify requirements, pain points and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Translate business, operational and regulatory requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery-ready specifications.
- Drive the implementation and evolution of payment rails including FPS, CHAPS, SWIFT and SEPA.
- Define and deliver current account and debit card capabilities that are scalable, configurable and suitable for multiple client environments.
- Work closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, providing clarity, prioritisation and product direction.
- Collaborate with architects and platform specialists to ensure product decisions align with the wider technology strategy.
- Balance client-specific requirements with long-term platform scalability and product consistency.

- Support client onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring successful delivery of product capabilities into production.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, customer feedback and industry developments to inform product priorities and roadmap decisions.

- Proven experience owning and managing product backlogs within Agile and Scrum environments.
- Strong client-facing experience, including requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Ability to create detailed front-end and back-end specifications that support successful product delivery.
- Experience working within FCA and PRA regulated environments or alongside regulated financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of product delivery processes, balancing commercial priorities, customer requirements and technical constraints.
