As our Creators Lead, you'll own the creator workstream across Monty - end to end, across every client and campaign we run. That means getting in early on briefs, shaping the creator strategy, sourcing the right talent, and seeing it through to delivery. Our creator work ranges from product launches to NGO campaigns to tentpole cultural activations. The common thread isn't category - it's that we need someone who approaches every brief with genuine cultural understanding, not just a database search. This is a role for someone who thinks about creators as cultural forces first. Reach matters. But resonance matters more.

What you'll own:

  • Creator strategy across Monty's client portfolio - from initial brief through to post-campaign reporting
  • Talent sourcing that goes beyond the obvious: finding the right fit based on audience, values, cultural credibility, and brief alignment
  • Due diligence - brand safety, audience authenticity, past partnerships, values fit
  • Briefing and managing creators throughout campaigns, building relationships that last beyond a single activation
  • Sitting inside the wider campaign thinking, making sure creator content is integrated - not bolted on
  • Staying genuinely close to creator culture: who's building real audiences, what's shifting, where the interesting work is happening
  • Supporting pitches where creator strategy is part of the offer

Who are Monty? We're an award-winning social and creative agency making impact and real results happen with the world's biggest brands and boldest changemakers. Our work spans hospitality, entertainment, music, culture, live, charities and NGOs - and everything in between. Everyone here works closely with the brands we represent.

Salary: £23,000–£25,000 pro rata (£38,000–£42,000 FTE). This role is open to candidates looking for 2–3 days a week, and we're happy to discuss contract or flexible working arrangements. If the fit is right, we'll make it work.

What we're looking for:

  • Real experience in a creator or talent role, ideally agency-side across multiple brand categories
  • Someone who genuinely follows and cares about creator culture - across TikTok, YouTube, podcasts, Substack, communities - not just follower counts
  • Strong instincts for matching talent to a brief in a way that feels earned, not transactional
  • Existing relationships across talent management, MCNs and agencies - or the confidence to build them quickly
  • Commercially grounded: you understand fees, negotiation, and how to protect a margin without burning a relationship
  • Comfortable holding your own in a client conversation and making a case for your recommendations
