About Us Montu UK is a leading digital health company specialising in cannabis‑based medicines (CBPM), dedicated to improving patient access to safe and effective treatments. Our mission is to transform lives by combining innovative technology with high‑quality clinical care, ensuring patients receive the support they need at every step of their journey. As a fast‑growing organisation, we offer a collaborative and supportive environment where talented people can develop their careers while contributing to meaningful change in healthcare. At Montu UK, your work has a direct impact on improving patients’ lives and expanding access to modern medical treatments.
Data sits at the heart of everything we do. From helping patients access life‑changing treatment, to optimising pharmacy operations, improving customer experiences, and shaping the future of healthcare, the decisions we make are powered by data. We’re looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to take our data capability to the next level. This isn’t a role where you’ll be buried in reports or endlessly responding to dashboard requests. We’re looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, challenge assumptions, spot opportunities others miss, and help drive smarter decisions across the entire business.
You will lead a talented team of three data professionals and work closely with senior leaders across Technology, Product, Operations, Clinical, Pharmacy, Finance, and Customer Experience. You will also collaborate with data teams in other markets supporting data & analytics in the European markets. Together, you’ll build a data function that doesn’t just report on what happened yesterday, but helps shape what happens tomorrow. As we continue to scale rapidly across multiple markets, you’ll have the opportunity to influence everything from patient journeys and clinical outcomes to commercial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. You’ll help us move from being data‑informed to truly data‑driven, creating the tools, insights, and culture that enable great decisions at every level of the organisation.
We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable discussing data architecture with engineers, challenging business leaders with meaningful insights, and rolling up their sleeves to solve complex problems when needed. You’ll be given the autonomy to shape the strategy, build the roadmap, develop the team, and leave a lasting impact on a business that is transforming healthcare. If you enjoy building, influencing, innovating, and creating clarity from complexity, you’ll thrive here.
