Own paid social performance at a company transforming access to healthcare.
As Paid Social Manager, you’ll lead strategy, execution and optimisation of paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms in a highly regulated UK environment. You’ll learn to navigate industry regulation and platform policies to reach and convert the right audiences, combining deep platform expertise, analytical rigour and creative problem-solving. This is not a standard paid social role. This is a high-impact role for someone motivated by ownership, challenging constraints and meaningful work. If you are energised by leveraging your B2C paid social expertise to solve hard problems and deliver meaningful work, this role is for you.
What will you be doing?
- Specialist Paid Social Strategy: Develop, own and lead paid social acquisition strategies across Meta, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms, across UK and selected international markets. Design, implement and run bespoke paid social frameworks covering account architecture, campaign structure, testing frameworks and optimisation logic for a regulated healthcare advertiser. Drive creative performance by partnering with in-house creative and brand teams — translating performance data, regulatory constraints and audience insight into compelling, compliant paid social assets.
- Technical Campaign Management: Configure and maintain advanced paid social technical setups, including tracking frameworks, conversion events, audience segmentation and attribution logic in a consent-led, GDPR-sensitive environment. Monitor, analyse and optimise performance using platform data, analytics tools and structured testing methodologies, with particular skill in low-volume or data-constrained regulated environments. Manage significant paid media budgets, optimising for ROI, efficiency and learning velocity. Work with GA4, server-side tracking and attribution modelling in environments where health data sensitivity constrains standard approaches.
