We are looking for a Talent Associate to join us at Montu, someone who wants to get stuck in, learn fast, and play a real part in building the teams that power our pharmacy and operations functions. You don’t need recruitment experience. Seriously! What you do need is curiosity, exceptional organisation, and the kind of people skills that make others instantly feel at ease. What will you be doing?
- Owning and supporting hiring across pharmacy and operations - from Pharmacy Assistants and Trainee Dispensers to Patient Support and Engagement roles
- Becoming a trusted go-to for hiring managers, helping them make confident, quick decisions
- Bringing energy to our assessment centres, helping us hire at scale without losing the human touch
- Getting creative with sourcing - think social, outreach, and smart pipeline building
- Keeping everything running like clockwork behind the scenes, from ATS updates to candidate communications
What are we looking for?
- You are already part of Montu and ready for something new, ideally something more people-focused
- You are naturally curious and not afraid to try new ideas (or challenge old ones)
- Organisation is your superpower - you don’t drop balls
- You have got great energy and communicate with confidence and warmth
- You can juggle, prioritise, and keep calm when things get busy (because they will)
- Happy to work onsite at least 3 days per week and sometimes the odd weekend.
Nice to have:
- Have dipped your toe into recruitment, HR, or coordination before
- Know your way around an ATS
- Are genuinely interested in healthcare - or excited by what we’re building at Montu
