About the role
The Senior Operations Lead is responsible for driving operational execution across various business areas at Montu UK including clinic operations, pharmacy operations and patient experience. This role combines leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on support to ensure operational performance across clinical and non-clinical services is met.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Leadership: Lead a high performing operations team to deliver clinical services and operational support functions.
- Leadership: Own operational KPIs including capacity planning and productivity.
- Leadership: Act as a point of escalation for clinicians and other operational teams across the business.
- Leadership: Monitor daily workflows and performance metrics, ensuring service levels and response times are met.
- Leadership: Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Operational Management: Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and training materials.
- Operational Management: Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Operational Management: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including patient confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Patient Experience and Pharmacy Support: Champion a patient-first culture, ensuring operational decisions enhance service quality and retention.
- Patient Experience and Pharmacy Support: Work across patient support and Pharmacy team colleagues to ensure an end to end smooth experience for patients is delivered.
Role Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in relevant industries and environments
- Good understanding of working in a highly regulated environment
- Highly analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making
- Self starter and target oriented, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
