Why this role is different

This isn't another pharmaceutical sales role. You'll own major commercial relationships across the UK's medical cannabis market and help shape our wholesale strategy as we continue to scale nationally. You'll work directly with senior leadership, influence commercial decisions, negotiate strategic partnerships and play a key role in growing one of the most exciting healthcare sectors in the UK. Your success will be rewarded with significant earning potential, with target earnings of £130,000.

What will you be doing?

  • Commercial Growth
    • Deliver sales revenue, margin, and growth targets.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities across clinics, pharmacies, wholesalers, and healthcare providers.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately forecast future performance.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Key Account Management
    • Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
    • Lead negotiations on commercial agreements and supply arrangements.
    • Identify opportunities to increase product penetration within existing accounts.
    • Drive account growth through effective category and portfolio management.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Act as a trusted partner to clinics, pharmacies, and prescribing organisations.
    • Present new product launches, promotions, and commercial initiatives.
    • Gather customer insights to support portfolio development and commercial decision-making.
  • Sales Leadership
    • Support the development of sales processes, reporting, and performance management.
    • Mentor and coach junior sales personnel as the team grows.
    • Collaborate with operations, logistics, regulatory, and pharmacy teams to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Compliance
    • Operate in accordance with all relevant MHRA, Home Office, GDP, and pharmaceutical wholesale regulations.
    • Ensure all commercial activities are conducted ethically and compliantly.

What do you need?

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Experience managing strategic customer relationships and delivering revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
