Montu UK is seeking a highly organised People Operations Coordinator to own the onboarding journey from signed contract to first day and beyond.

You will ensure compliance, smooth processes, and an exceptional new‑joiner experience in a fast‑growing, regulated healthcare business.

You will coordinate multiple onboarding journeys, chase the necessary pre‑employment checks, and partner with IT, payroll, facilities, and compliance to ensure every starter is ready for day one.
