Join our dedicated team in Winnersh, where you can focus on supporting pharmacy operations in a behind the scenes capacity, ensuring efficient and compliant workflows and play a vital role in supporting patient care. The Role: As a Pharmacy Dispenser you will be responsible for: Dispensing medication accurately while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Supporting the Pharmacy Operations Team with stock control, inventory management, and ensuring patient safety Delivering exceptional service to our patients and healthcare professionals Maintaining accurate records and assisting in the smooth running of the pharmacy What we are looking for: Hold a UK Pharmacy Dispenser Qualification Hold at least 2 years experience as a pharmacy dispenser Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisation skills, and ability to work as part of a team. Passionate about providing high quality patient care. What we offer: Salary of £26,000-£28,000 25 day holiday +bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 1 year. Generous pension scheme with employer contributions matched up to 5% Supportive and welcoming team culture Free food and refreshments onsite. Hours: 40 hours per week Shift pattern 7am-4pm/10am- 7pm Our office is conveniently located in Winnersh Triangle, with easy access links and parking available onsite.
