Montu UK is seeking a highly organised People Operations Coordinator to own the onboarding journey from signed contract to the new joiner’s first weeks, ensuring compliance and an exceptional experience in a regulated healthcare environment.
You’ll manage multiple onboarding journeys, chase pre-employment documentation, deliver induction sessions, and collaborate with Hiring Managers, IT, Payroll, Facilities and Compliance to ensure every new starter is ready on day one while keeping records.
