New Patient Nurse

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated New Patient Nurse to play a vital role in our remote clinical team. In this unique position, you will conduct pre-assessment consultations with prospective patients, gathering key medical information to determine their suitability for medicinal cannabis treatment. This is an entirely remote role, providing a patient-focused work environment.
Key responsibilities
Conduct video based pre-assessment consultations with patients.
Gather detailed medical histories, including current medications and family health backgrounds.
Assess patient suitability for referral to Montu’s expert consultants.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
Provide clear guidance to patients about the onboarding process and address any questions.
Qualifications, skills and experience
A Registered Nurse (NMC registered) with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
A degree in Nursing (UK-based qualification).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Experience working in telehealth or speaking to patients in remote settings is desired
Confidence in using digital platforms for remote consultations.
A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
