We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst, Marketing Analytics to help us uncover what’s truly driving growth, understand where the biggest opportunities lie and shape where we focus next. This is a high-impact, hands-on senior individual contributor role for someone who loves getting under the skin of the data, connecting the dots behind performance and turning complex findings into clear, commercially meaningful action. You’ll be equally excited by the technical side of analytics - working with data, tools and reporting infrastructure - as you are by solving real business problems and influencing decisions.

Working closely with teams across paid media, CRM and lifecycle marketing, you’ll become a trusted partner to the wider marketing function. You’ll help us understand how our channels and campaigns are performing, identify the behaviours and trends that matter, and provide the insight needed to make smarter decisions about investment, optimisation and growth. This is much more than a reporting role. You’ll challenge assumptions, ask the questions others may not have considered and bring clarity to complex or ambiguous problems. You’ll help shape how we measure success, improve the quality and accessibility of our marketing data, and build a stronger understanding of the full customer journey.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded and confident working independently. You’ll be comfortable setting your own direction, prioritising the work that will create the greatest value and getting on with delivering meaningful, measurable impact.

What will you be doing?

  • Partner with marketing teams to provide clear, actionable insights on performance across channels including Google, Meta, Social and CRM.
  • Analyse marketing spend and outcomes to support optimisation and better decision-making.
  • Own and evolve our GA4 setup, ensuring tracking is robust and focused on meaningful performance metrics.
  • Work with CRM teams to analyse lifecycle journeys, retention, and engagement using a variety of data sources.
  • Act as the internal owner for marketing data requirements, working with Analytics Engineers to ensure data models and dashboards meet real business needs.
  • Lead the development of advanced measurement, beyond basic attribution, moving from LTV and CAC towards incrementality.
  • Communicate insights clearly through dashboards, presentations, and conversations with senior stakeholders.

What do you need?

  • Experience with digital analytics, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-focused environment.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL is a must, BigQuery, GA4, Looker, and Google Sheets are a plus.
  • Comfortable working across a broad marketing function and building strong relationships with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with data or analytics engineering teams, clearly defining requirements and translating insight into action.
  • A confident communicator who can explain complex analysis in simple, practical terms. You’re able to identify the what and the why to help shape decisions.
  • Self-starter mindset - able to navigate ambiguity and work independently.
  • Experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms is a strong advantage.

What we offer:

  • Generous Leave: 25 days holiday (rising to 27 after year one and 30 after year three) + usual bank holidays
  • Pension Matching: Up to 5% employer matching contributions
  • Flexibility and Wellness: Work-from-home options, cycle-to-work scheme, private healthcare and more
  • Growth Opportunities: Collaborate across teams and represent Montu at events, with support to grow your skills and impact
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave
