Data sits at the heart of everything we do. From helping patients access life-changing treatment to optimising pharmacy operations, improving customer experiences, and shaping the future of healthcare, the decisions we make are powered by data. We're looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to take our data capability to the next level. This isn't a role where you'll be buried in reports or endlessly responding to dashboard requests. We're looking for someone who can see the bigger picture, challenge assumptions, spot opportunities others miss, and help drive smarter decisions across the entire business.

You’ll lead a talented team of three data professionals and work closely with senior leaders across Technology, Product, Operations, Clinical, Pharmacy, Finance, and Customer Experience. You will also work with data teams located in other markets supporting data & analytics in the European markets. Together, you’ll build a data function that doesn’t just report on what happened yesterday but helps shape what happens tomorrow. As we continue to scale rapidly across multiple markets, you’ll have the opportunity to influence everything from patient journeys and clinical outcomes to commercial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. You’ll help us move from being data-informed to truly data-driven, creating the tools, insights, and culture that enable great decisions at every level of the organisation.

We’re looking for someone who is equally comfortable discussing data architecture with engineers, challenging business leaders with meaningful insights, and rolling up their sleeves to solve complex problems when needed. You’ll be given the autonomy to shape the strategy, build the roadmap, develop the team, and leave a lasting impact on a business that is transforming healthcare. If you enjoy building, influencing, innovating, and creating clarity from complexity, you’ll thrive here.

What will you be doing?

  • Define and execute the organisation's Data & Analytics strategy, aligned to business objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Develop and champion a data-driven culture across the organisation, enabling leaders to make informed decisions through trusted data and insights.
  • Act as the senior data leader and trusted advisor to the executive team on all matters relating to data, reporting, analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Data & Analytics function, creating clear career pathways and fostering continuous development.
  • Oversee the delivery of business intelligence, reporting, and analytical solutions across the organisation.
  • Develop meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and performance frameworks that provide visibility of business performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency improvements, and enhanced patient experiences through data.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work closely with Technology and Product teams to shape and evolve the organisation's data architecture and analytics ecosystem.
  • Establish robust data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, consistency, security, and compliance.
  • Drive improvements in data accessibility, reliability, and self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Implement best practices for data management, modelling, documentation, and reporting standards.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, automation, predictive modelling, and AI-driven insights to create business value.
  • Lead initiatives that optimise operational efficiency, patient journeys, clinical outcomes, inventory management, and commercial performance.
  • Encourage experimentation and innovation, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of modern analytics practices.
  • Partner with senior leaders across the business to understand strategic priorities and translate them into data solutions.
  • Manage the analytics roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritised based on business value and delivered effectively.
  • Present insights, trends, and recommendations to executive and leadership teams.
  • Own and deliver departmental OKRs and KPIs aligned to organisational objectives.
  • Establish measurement frameworks that enable the business to track performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance data capabilities.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and encourage a culture of continuous learning within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote best practice in data privacy, security, and risk management.

What do you need?

  • Demonstrable experience in Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related leadership roles.
