Overview

We’re looking for an ambitious and action-oriented Implementation & Change Manager to help accelerate Montu’s mission to transform healthcare through cannabis therapies. In this role, you’ll be an agent for change; managing and driving the delivery of projects that sit at the heart of scaling our healthtech ecosystem spanning clinical, digital, logistics, regulatory, and commercial initiatives.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced scale-up. You’ll coordinate across teams, solve problems in real-time, and keep projects moving forward. At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we deliver, building structure and momentum that helps Montu scale at pace.

What You’ll Do

  • Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end delivery of multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring initiatives land on time, on budget, and to scope.
  • Balance structured project management with a “get stuck in” mindset.
  • Turn business goals into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables - while staying flexible as priorities evolve.
  • Use the Agile methodology to run delivery cadences and rituals (e.g. stand-ups, sprint planning, retros) to maintain focus and accountability.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues quickly to keep things moving.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Be the go-to connector across Product, Clinical, Tech, Legal, Operations, and Commercial teams.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
  • Unblock issues, clarify priorities, and keep momentum high.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement

  • Spot risks and dependencies early, propose solutions, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Optimise processes by applying Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles to make our operations faster, smarter, and ready to scale.
  • Champion delivery best practices (like Agile and Lean Six Sigma), helping the team work smarter as we grow.
  • Bring a pragmatic, hands-on approach to getting things done in a scale-up environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-–5 years’ experience as a Implementation & Change Lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (healthtech, medtech, SaaS, or other regulated industries a plus).
  • Strong grasp of Agile and hybrid delivery models, and the ability to adapt them pragmatically.
  • A doer as much as a planner - you don’t just manage projects, you deliver them.
  • Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders (clinicians, engineers, commercial teams, compliance).
  • Experience with common delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Notion, Confluence, spreadsheets, Kanban boards).
  • Certifications (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma) are nice-to-have, but outcomes and delivery mindset matter more.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • 25 days holiday (rising to 30 after one year) + bank holidays
  • 5% matched pension
  • Cycle-to-work scheme
  • Opportunities for growth and development
  • A dynamic and supportive team environment
