Montu UK is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Finance to lead financial operations and support the company’s rapid growth. This role will be instrumental in shaping financial strategies, optimising capital structure, and spearheading growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and system implementation within a high-growth environment.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
- Optimise working capital and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Build relationships with investors, lenders, and financial institutions.

SALARY & BENEFITS
- c.£110,000 per annum
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 days after 1 years service).
