We're looking for someone who enjoys pace, thrives on variety, and can bring structure, clarity, and commercial thinking to a constantly evolving environment. While we offer flexibility, this role requires attendance at our Winnersh office at least once per week to support collaboration with key stakeholders and maintain a strong connection to the business.

- Oversee treasury activities including banking relationships, cash management, liquidity planning and payment controls.
- Oversee VAT, PAYE and corporation tax compliance, coordinating with external advisers where required.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures and governance frameworks to support a strong internal control environment.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, including process improvement, automation, system optimisation and implementation projects to improve efficiency, scalability and controls.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and FP&A to provide financial insight, performance analysis and decision support across the business.
- Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, accountants, banks, and other finance partners.
