- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and operation of the entire facility - including HVAC, fire safety, access control, utilities, and waste management.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to resolving operational issues, ensuring systems are optimised and downtime is minimised.
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance (e.g. MHRA, GDP, Health & Safety) through regular inspections, risk assessments, and documentation.

- Organised, communicative, and calm under pressure - with a strong eye for compliance and detail.
- Comfortable being hands-on and proactive in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and MS Office Suite.
- IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent certification is desirable.
