We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate BI & Analytics Lead to join the business and contribute to improving the lives of thousands of people through the use of medical cannabis therapies. As a BI & Analytics Lead, you will play a crucial role in analysing and interpreting complex data related to customer-facing e-Commerce sites for both our direct-to-consumer, pharmacy, medical consulting platform, inventory management, and warehousing. You will provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making, leading the team of Business Intelligence Analysts and ensuring the effective utilisation of data analytics for organisational growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:

Technical Oversight and Implementation

Develop and implement the organisation\’s BI and analytics strategy, aligning it with overall goals and objectives.

Implement and adhere to analytics practices to ensure consistency that will help grow data maturity.

Utilise data-driven insights to recommend improvements in appointment base platforms and e-Commerce platforms.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques to uncover opportunities and optimize business processes.

Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
-
Foster a data-driven culture, promoting the use of analytics to drive decision-making at all levels of the organisation.

Manage projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Collaborate with Tech, Product and senior level business stakeholders to define analytics requirements and develop analytical and BI solutions.

Deliver on individual and set departmental OKR and KPI’s as determined from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

4+ years of experience in a similar role in an e-commerce, telehealth or similar industry.

Experienced in working within an event-driven architecture to build scalable data products, BI solutions and analysis.

Create reports and visualisations that communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise way.

Strong project management skills and experience in delivering analytical projects from end to end.

Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business.

Proficiency in data modelling, statistical analysis and data visualisation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau).
-
Strong analytic / quantitative research skills and experience in different research methodologies.

Stellar communication skills, adept at bridging communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a data team.
