Play a vital role in getting life-changing medication to patients safely, accurately and on time. Based at our Winnersh site, you’ll be at the heart of Montu UK’s fast-growing medical cannabis operation, helping to keep products, orders and information moving seamlessly through our warehouse. From receiving stock and maintaining accurate inventory to coordinating shipments, processing returns and supporting timely order fulfilment, your work will directly contribute to the experience of thousands of patients across the UK. This is far more than a traditional warehouse role. You’ll join a rapidly scaling business where your ideas, attention to detail and ability to solve problems will genuinely shape how we operate. Working alongside our Warehouse Manager, Supply Chain Manager and wider teams, you’ll help strengthen processes, improve efficiency and maintain exceptional standards of safety, security and Good Distribution Practice. What will you be doing?
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching products
- Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain efficient warehouse workflows
- Coordinate order fulfilment to meet delivery timelines and requirements
- Ensure all products are handled and stored in line with regulatory standards and Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and remote teams to optimise operations
- Support timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Maintain warehouse safety and security protocols to protect staff and products
- Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
- Use warehouse management systems to track stock, shipments, and returns
- Report inventory status and operational updates to relevant stakeholders
What do you need?
- Demonstrable experience in warehouse operations
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment (preferred)
- Experience using warehouse management systems and inventory control tools
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
- Physical capability to carry out warehouse duties (e.g. lifting, operating equipment)
