You will be a trusted advisor to the Patient Experience teams in London and Reading, shaping the employee experience and driving people initiatives.

You’ll partner closely with recruitment, onboarding and leadership to ensure a smooth lifecycle, while embedding policy, best practice and a proactive, people-first culture across the business.
