We are a working with a boutique law firm based in London, who are seeking a skilled and ambitious Paralegal to join our dynamic real estate team on a permanent basis.
As a Paralegal in the firm’s real estate team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery legal services for all of the commercial real estate. This is an excellent opportunity for an academically driven law graduate with a passion for real estate or property law to develop their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the drafting and review of legal documents, including contracts, leases, and deeds.
- Conducting legal research and preparing detailed reports for fee earners and clients.
- Managing client due diligence and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handling pre- and post-completion tasks, including Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) submissions.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case progression.
- Maintaining accurate case records and managing document management systems.
- Supporting fee earners with case management and administrative tasks as required.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in law (LLB or equivalent) with strong academic achievements.
- Previous experience as a paralegal in a similar environment, specifically within real estate or property law.
- A genuine interest in real estate law and a desire to build a long-term career in this field.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
