Paralegal - Global Investment Firm

An international investment firm with a diverse portfolio spanning venture capital, credit, and public markets is seeking a proactive and adaptable paralegal to join its London-based legal and compliance team. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior legal professionals, including the General Counsel and AML Officer, contributing to a broad spectrum of legal and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions.

\\n• Maintain and update the entity tracker system, ensuring accurate records of global entities.
\\n• Assist with AML/KYC processes, liaising with internal teams and external partners.
\\n• Facilitate the formation and dissolution of entities worldwide, drafting necessary documentation such as operating agreements and meeting minutes.
\\n• Coordinate with external counsel on matters including employment, immigration, and general corporate issues.
\\n• Support project work related to global employment and privacy policies, ensuring compliance across various jurisdictions.
\\n• Aid deal teams in credit and venture capital transactions, providing legal support as needed.

\\nIdeal Candidate Profile:
\\n• Demonstrated experience in a fund environment, particularly with AML/KYC procedures.
\\n• Familiarity with legal processes across multiple jurisdictions.
\\n• Exposure to venture capital or credit-related legal work is advantageous.
