An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Assistant to join the marketing and business development team at a highly respected London-based law firm. This is a newly created role within their busy and growing marketing and business development department. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Business Development, the role offers varied responsibilities and is perfect for someone looking to immerse themselves in the dynamic corporate or legal world while building a career in marketing or business development. Key responsibilities will include: assisting with legal directory submissions, supporting the coordination of marketing campaigns, drafting and formatting documents, preparing agendas and minutes, event planning and on-site support, and keeping client contact data organised and updated. You’ll also help manage diaries, book meeting rooms, research venues, and support the events committee with internal firm activities. Every day will bring something new, offering an excellent chance to grow and gain hands-on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills and be ready to start fairly soon.
