A leading international law firm is looking to hire a CRM Specialist to join its London Marketing & Business Development team on a permanent basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail of CRM data but also wants a visible, people-facing role working closely with partners, lawyers, secretaries, and BD colleagues.
The firm is entering an important phase of its CRM journey, with a new platform being rolled out across the London office following implementation in the US. The successful candidate will play a central role in the London migration, working closely with colleagues overseas while serving as the local point of contact for CRM data, training, user support, and best practices.
This is not simply a data-cleansing role. It needs someone who can take ownership, understand how CRM supports business development, and help bring users with them. You will be expected to support the migration, improve data quality, run training and demos, and work directly with senior stakeholders to show how the system can be used properly and effectively.
The role will include:
- Supporting the London office through a major CRM migration project
- Acting as the local CRM subject matter expert
- Working closely with the US CRM team to ensure consistency and best practice
- Managing, cleansing and maintaining CRM data
- Supporting partners and senior stakeholders with CRM usage and relationship intelligence
- Delivering training and demos to partners, fee earners, secretaries and BD colleagues
- Maintaining mailing lists, contact records, company records and client data
- Producing searches, reports and lists to support BD activity
- Supporting marketing mailings, invitations and event-related CRM activity
- Ensuring CRM data is accurate, useful and compliant with data protection requirements
The firm is particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have strong CRM experience in a law firm or a broader professional services environment. You will need to be confident with data, highly accurate, proactive and comfortable working with senior stakeholders. This role would suit someone who is hands-on, organised and able to combine technical CRM knowledge with a calm, helpful and commercial approach.
Experience with legal or professional services CRM platforms is essential, and candidates with experience of CRM migration projects will be of particular interest. For someone with the right blend of CRM, data, training and stakeholder skills, this is a genuinely interesting opportunity to take ownership of a key system at a pivotal moment for a high-performing international firm.
