We are working with a leading international law firm with a strong London presence and a highly regarded global platform. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality work, and close cross-border working with offices across Europe, the US, and Asia. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established HR function, supporting both the Recruitment and Professional Development teams in a role that offers real variety and exposure across the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will split their time between recruitment support and professional development administration, working closely with senior stakeholders and international colleagues.
Recruitment responsibilities include:
- Drafting job descriptions and coordinating hiring processes
- Interview scheduling and diary management
- Liaising with candidates, recruitment agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting onboarding processes, including background checks and right-to-work requirements
- Assisting with graduate recruitment activity, including open days and vacation schemes
- Maintaining the firm’s applicant tracking system
Professional Development responsibilities include:
- Coordinating training programmes and workshops
- Liaising with external training providers and suppliers
- Supporting trainee inductions and seat rotation administration
- Maintaining accurate training and evaluation records
- Assisting with international learning and development initiatives
We are looking for someone with experience in a recruitment, HR, or learning; prior law firm experience is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail; a confident communicator with a proactive, collaborative approach; and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
