Are you a detail-driven paralegal with a passion for Intellectual Property? An exceptional opportunity has arisen with a highly regarded law firm looking to strengthen its IP practice with the addition of a bright, commercially aware IP paralegal.

In this dynamic and varied role, you’ll be working closely with experienced lawyers, providing critical support on trade mark prosecution and brand protection matters. From conducting detailed online research and preparing high-quality reports, to assisting in the preparation and filing of trade mark applications, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.

You’ll also be involved in clearance searching and will support the team in IP watching, monitoring, and broader brand protection activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong working knowledge of tools such as SAEGIS, Clarivate, TMView, Darts-IP, or other leading IP databases, and will have a solid grounding in trade mark and design prosecution.
