We are working with a leading international law firm looking for a Paralegal or Lawyer to join on a 6-month secondment to one of its clients.
The role will focus on Capital Markets transactions, with exposure to debt and or equity capital markets work. Experience supporting transaction management and broader Banking & Finance matters would also be advantageous.
Candidates should have an LPC, SQE, law degree or equivalent legal qualification, including foreign-qualified lawyers, together with at least two years' experience within a leading law firm or in-house legal team, with a focus on Capital Markets transactions.
