We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Matter Lead Lawyer to join our clients Transactional Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with 2-3 years of experience in transactional matters to take on a busy role within the firm’s innovative and growing practice.
About the Role
As a Matter Lead in the firm\’s Transactional Team, you will be responsible for successfully delivering and supporting the delivery of transactional matter work. You’ll work closely with the Practice and other Alternative Legal Services teams to provide high-quality, process-driven legal services that support a range of clients.
Your role will include:
- Delivering transactional matter work in line with instructions from the Practice, ensuring it is executed efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assisting in the provision of strategic, technical, and practical know-how in transaction support services, becoming a key point of expertise for the team.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members, ensuring consistent delivery of legal services.
- Collaborating with our paralegal and Alternative Legal Services teams to ensure seamless, effective, and client-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of transactional matters, ensuring the highest standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Provide practical and technical guidance to the team, sharing expertise on key transactional matters.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems to enhance the overall service delivery of the team.

- Act as a mentor and coach for junior colleagues, sharing best practices and helping to develop talent within the team.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A Matter Lead SQE/LPC (Foreign) qualification with 2-3 years of experience in transactional matters.
- A strong understanding of the technical, strategic, and practical aspects of transactional legal services.
- Proven experience in managing complex, high-value transactions and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
