An elite US law firm is looking to hire a Senior TMT lawyer (5–8 PQE) in London.
This is a rare opportunity to become the firm's first UK-based TMT hire as it builds out its London offering. The successful candidate will work closely with two leading partners in the US and play a key role in developing the practice's presence across Europe.
The team advises on some of the most complex and strategic technology and commercial transactions in the market. Here, you can expect to advise on:

▪️ Commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
▪️ AI, data and digital transformation projects
▪️ Cloud, SaaS and software licensing arrangements
▪️ Data centre, infrastructure and emerging technology matters
▪️ Joint ventures and other strategic collaborations
