A leading US law firm is seeking a 2-5 PQE Associate to join its highly regarded Project Development & Finance team in London.
The team advises leading sponsors, developers, private equity investors and financial institutions on complex, high-value energy and infrastructure transactions, with particular strength across energy transition, renewables and emerging energy technologies.
The role will have a strong project finance focus, advising on sophisticated domestic and cross-border financings, alongside the opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to project development and commercial arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-5 PQE from a leading UK or international firm.
- Experience in project finance, banking & finance, energy or infrastructure.
- Strong technical, drafting and transactional skills.
- A genuine interest in energy transition and infrastructure.
- An interest in developing a practice spanning both project finance and development.
