We are working with a growing legal technology business that partners with some of the world’s largest financial institutions on complex contract digitisation and legal data projects. Following continued growth, they are now looking to bring in a small number of more experienced legal analysts to support a large-scale contract review project.

This would suit candidates who have already gained experience in document review, legal operations, contract review, legal tech, contract remediation or similar legal project work, and who are comfortable working through high volumes of legal documentation with accuracy and care.

The work will involve:

  • Reviewing financial services legal agreements
  • Extracting and checking key data points
  • Supporting the digitisation of contract portfolios
  • Helping ensure that information is captured clearly and consistently

You do not need to have specialist legal negotiation experience, but you should be confident working with legal documents and able to get up to speed quickly with new systems, processes and project requirements.

We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have around two to three years’ experience in legal document review, contract review, legal operations, financial services documentation, legal tech projects or related legal project work. Experience with high-volume review, quality checking, remediation projects or structured legal data work would be very helpful.

This could be a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed legal work but is also interested in the way technology is changing the legal market. The project is expected to run initially for three months, with a strong possibility of extension.

The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-focused, confident using technology, and comfortable working in a project environment where accuracy, consistency and pace all matter. You should be able to work independently, follow instructions carefully, and bring a bit more experience and judgement than an entry-level analyst.

This is a contract opportunity and would suit someone available fairly immediately. Please get in touch for more information.
