We are working on an exciting legal technology project and are looking for a small number of junior analysts to join the team. This would be an excellent opportunity for law graduates, future trainees, or junior candidates with a strong interest in legal technology, financial services, contracts and data.
The project will focus on the digitisation of derivatives and syndicated loans portfolios for some of the world’s largest financial institutions. You will be reviewing financial services legal agreements, working with a specialist technology platform, and helping to extract, analyse and reconcile key contractual data.
Full training will be provided on the technology and, where needed, on the relevant agreement types, so previous experience in derivatives or syndicated loans is not essential. What matters most is strong attention to detail, a genuine interest in contracts and legal tech, and the ability to work carefully and methodically.
The initial contract will be for three months, but there is a strong possibility that the project will extend much further into 2026. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to build practical experience at the intersection of law, technology and financial services.
