We are working with a well-regarded London law firm that is looking to hire a Construction Disputes Solicitor / Associate at around 2–4 PQE. This is a permanent opportunity within a growing construction disputes practice, sitting as part of a wider real estate-focused offering.

The team advises a broad client base across contentious construction matters, including adjudication, litigation, ADR and arbitration. The successful candidate can expect to work on a varied mix of disputes involving developers, contractors, building owners, asset managers and other parties across the construction sector.

The role will include:

  • Drafting dispute documentation
  • Assisting with adjudications and court proceedings
  • Liaising with clients, experts and counsel
  • Helping to drive matters forward commercially

This would suit a construction lawyer who enjoys contentious work and wants to build a career in disputes within a supportive but busy City environment.
