You’ll work directly alongside the founder, gaining exposure to some of the most sophisticated, cross-border matters in the market. For an ambitious paralegal, it’s an opportunity to learn from the top while helping shape the next phase of an expanding global practice.
The Role
• Provide advanced support on commercial litigation, arbitration, and asset recovery cases.
• Manage document review and disclosure using leading e-disclosure platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, etc.).
• Draft, review, and prepare complex litigation documents with accuracy and commercial judgment.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, experts, and overseas partners.
• Coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
• Shadow the founder for the first 6–12 months, developing a deep understanding of strategic disputes work at the highest level.
You will have:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial disputes (litigation and/or arbitration).
• Background in a top-tier or boutique disputes firm — or in-house within a litigation funder or asset recovery consultancy.
• Strong grasp of civil procedure, cross-border enforcement, freezing orders, or fraud-related disputes.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Confident managing high-value, fast-moving matters with minimal supervision.
• Hungry, ambitious, and self-driven — thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
• This role is not open to qualified solicitors.
