A highly regarded London disputes firm is continuing to grow and is now looking to add an experienced PA to its close-knit support team.
This firm operates at the sharp end of contentious work, acting on complex, high-stakes matters where discretion, accuracy and trust are essential. The environment is professional but friendly, with genuine respect for the contribution of its support staff and a strong sense of teamwork across the business.
Working as part of an established PA team, you will provide high-level support to Partners, Associates and Trainees. This is a true PA role, offering variety, responsibility and close involvement with fee-earners on interesting, often fast-moving matters.
You will report to the PA Manager and collaborate closely with colleagues across the team.
Key responsibilities
Full diary management and complex travel arrangements
Drafting, formatting and amending correspondence and legal documents
Document conversion and use of templates
Preparing court documentation and bundles
Managing digital dictation, transcription, scanning and filing
Organising electronic documents using a document management system
Conducting conflict checks and collating KYC documentation
Supporting billing and WIP processes, including drafting narratives
Booking meetings and coordinating internal and external appointments
Assisting with small business development events
Maintaining client and contact information
Providing cover and support across the wider PA team when needed
About you
2–3+ years\’ experience as a PA or Legal Secretary within a legal or professional services environment
Confident supporting multiple stakeholders in a busy, detail-driven role
Fast, accurate typing and excellent document skills
Experience with iManage or similar systems is beneficial
Organised, calm and adaptable, with strong attention to detail
Professional, approachable and a genuine team player
