Interim Legal Counsel – Legal Operations | Technology Sector | London, Onsite

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an interim Legal Counsel to join the EMEA Legal Operations team of a Fortune 50 technology company.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in King’s Cross, London, and would suit a legally qualified professional (UK or EU qualified) with over 5 years’ experience in commercial contracts, legal operations, process and change management.

Key Details:

• Start date: Mid-July 2025

• Duration: 6 months

• Location: Onsite 5 days/week – King’s Cross, London

• Experience required: Legal qualification + experience in legal/business operations

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the rollout of the Global Master Retention Agreement (GMRA) across EMEA and APAC

• Managing contract processes and internal systems

• Delivering reports and MI for leadership teams

• Leading on playbooks, process flows, and visualisation of workflows

• Assisting with legal panel relationship management

• Revamping internal hub sites and databases

• Providing ad hoc project support across the legal ops function

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified lawyer with strong commercial contracts experience

• Prior in-house or law firm background

• Confidence using Google Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with eBilling tools like Legal Tracker

• Excellent organisational and process mapping skills
